The City Health Dashboard, just recently launched on May 15th, gives cities a powerful new online resource to dig deeper into neighborhood- and city-specific data for 36 measures of health and the factors that shape health for the 500 largest cities across the U.S. This one-stop resource – with downloadable data — pulls together local data from multiple national sources so health officials and city leaders can view and compare city- and neighborhood-specific data.

Currently, a major data gap regarding urban health indicators impedes focused health improvement efforts because data on health and its drivers are routinely reported at the county and state level. This data can help guide local solutions that create healthier and more equitable communities.

Invite your city partners to join you in exploring the data and the innovative features at cityhealthdashboard.com.
