The New York State Technology Enterprise Corporation is hosting a virtual summit that will feature population health innovations across New York State that have been amplified by the COVID-19 pandemic. This session in the series will focus on programs that have been impacted by the pandemic and are addressing the issue of social isolation.

Speakers include Elana Kieffer, the Acting Director of the New York Academy of Medicine’s Center for Aging. Ms. Kieffer will discuss the innovate Age-friendly Neighborhoods Convening model— a grassroots effort driven by older people to improve neighborhood priorities, including the prevention of social isolation during physical distancing.
