NYS All Payer Database Stakeholder Meeting
April 26, 2017
New York State Department of Health is hosting the New York State All Payer Database Stakeholder Forum on Wednesday, April 26, 2017 in Albany.
In 2011, New York State enacted legislation that allowed for the creation of an all-payer database (APD), which would bring together encounter and payment data from Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurers. In 2016, the New York State Department of Health secured a warehousing and analytics vendor, issued proposed regulations, and started the implementation of the APD. The New York State All Payer Database Stakeholder Meeting provides an opportunity for relevant stakeholders to come together and share updates, emerging ideas, and the next steps.
