Through this RFP, NYHealth sought initiatives that could have a substantial health impact on a large number of New Yorkers, and could significantly improve the State’s health care system or public health system in terms of quality, outcomes, costs, or equity. Typical Large-Scale Impact grant projects had a statewide, community-wide or multi-organization focus, and showed strong potential for replication and diffusion statewide.
