As Director of Finance and Operations, Amy Driver oversees the New York State Health Foundation's finance, human resources, technology, facilities management, and administration activities.
Ms. Driver has more than 20 years of nonprofit experience in finance, administration, fundraising, and public affairs. She joined NYSHealth after 10 years in finance and administration for Children’s Rights, an advocacy organization working to reform the child welfare system nationwide. Earlier in her career, she oversaw finance and operations for Compass Community Services, a service provider for homeless families in San Francisco, as well as for Campaign for Oxford, a start-up organization in New York City to raise funds for Oxford University in the United Kingdom. Ms. Driver also worked as policy aide for health and human services for Santa Clara County Supervisor Ron Gonzales after directing development and public affairs for Homes for the Homeless in New York City.
Ms. Driver received her Master of Business Administration degree from the University of California at Berkeley and her Bachelor of Arts degree in Russian Area Studies from the University of California at Santa Cruz.
