Developing Reputational Capital Effectively

NYSHealth strives to inform and influence positive changes in our State’s health system. To do so, we need to be a credible resource for our key audiences: grantees, applicants, and health sector leaders. Most of the improvements we hope to bring about through our grantmaking and other activities occur in collaboration with stakeholders who lead health care institutions, run businesses that are central to health improvement, manage government and nonprofit agencies, or shape ideas in academic and research settings.

To be effective and have impact, we need to earn a reputation among our grantees and applicants as a customer-friendly, responsive organization, and we need to earn and maintain the respect of health sector leaders.

The indicators below help us to track our performance on developing reputational capital effectively.
